What counts as a 'meaningful change'?
A score drop of 10+ points (e.g., 85 → 75) or the emergence of new CRITICAL or HIGH severity risks. Minor fluctuations (±5 points) don't trigger alerts.
How long can I monitor for?
Exit Audit ($297): 90 days. Verify ($199/mo): unlimited. Portfolio ($599/mo): unlimited. After the window expires, monitoring auto-disables and you can upgrade or restart on a different audit.
Can I monitor multiple audits at once?
Yes—your plan includes a number of 'monitoring slots.' Verify includes 3 slots, Portfolio includes 15. Each slot = one active monitored audit.
What if I disable monitoring and re-enable it?
Your window doesn't reset. Once enabled, the clock starts and never resets (unless you upgrade to an unlimited plan). This prevents circumventing capped plans by toggling on/off.
Do I get alerts for every daily run?
No—only when something changes meaningfully. If your score stays stable for 30 days, you'll get silence, not 30 emails.
Can buyers see my monitoring history?
Only if you share the report link with them. Shared links include a 'Monitoring' tab showing daily snapshots. Non-shared audits are private to you.
